Theva Residency is a 15-room boutique hotel on a small plot of land in the peaceful Hantane Mountain Range with breathtaking views across the Kandyan hills. The reception and dining area is on the ground floor, a flight of stairs leads down to the swimming pool and the rooms are located on the upper floors.
