Skye House is a fun boutique family villa, only 10km from the historic Galle Fort. There are four luxury en-suite suites, plus a child’s bunk room. Seconds from the luscious L-shaped pool adjoining the house you walk out through swaying coconut trees and onto the spectacular, super soft sand of Habaraduwa beach. The clever and generous design of the house boasts an extensive and very accommodating range of living space. Curtesy of the open plan sitting room, pool side games room, various adjoining balconies and terraces, everyone has the option to retreat to their own peaceful corner or share the ample communal areas together. A team of six staff will cater to your every need, as well as challenge guests to a game of beach cricket.
The artistically decorated corridor of Skye House can be viewed from the five bedrooms that are spread across the two floors. Three bedrooms feature king-sized beds, one with single beds, and the fifth bedroom features bunk beds suitable for kids. The royal bedrooms are super comfortable and at the same time inviting. Canopied beds and air-conditioners along with access to the balcony or the lotus pond make them all the homelier. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom for ease and convenience that has been fitted with necessary amenities and done up in a weathered yellow hue. There are lavish bathtubs or walk-in showers to give guests a complete experience.
The well-equipped kitchen has a central breakfast bar. Skye House has a chef who can prepare Sri Lankan and western meals, as well as housekeeping staff.
The spacious, open-plan living and dining area is set around the swimming pool and have views of the garden and sea beyond. There is a study room furnished with a work desk and wi-fi internet.
