Meda Gedara is a spectacular villa that sleeps 18, very comfortably. Grand in stature, style, and thoughtfully designed, it sits at the top of a carefully sculpted tropical garden with panoramic views and private access to the Indian Ocean. Generously equipped with all the mod cons, the villa comprises of six bedrooms in the main house with a 7th, housed in the Garden suite. There is a cinema room, a kid’s snug with TV, a large open plan sitting / dining room with breakfast table, and a further dining table on the veranda. In the landscaped gardens there is a 20m water slide that falls into a plunge pool, a large kidney shaped infinity pool with Jacuzzi and a yoga shala. Stylish, elegant and fun, it is perfect for a large family and groups of friends.
Experience at the Meda Gedara
Meda Gedara offers the guests seven bedrooms and a projector room that can also hold a bed, if needed. Six bedrooms are located on the first floor, and three of these bedrooms are furnished with four-poster, king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has twin beds. Another children’s room is found on the first floor with six bunk beds. A nursery with twin single beds and is attached to the master suite and shares a bathroom. A garden suite is located on the grounds, separate from the main building, and is furnished with a sleigh, built-in bed and air-conditioning. Five of the other bedrooms, besides the nursery are also air-conditioned and have en-suites.
The dining area is located on the verandah overlooking the beach and the swimming pool. A 14-seater dining table is lavishly set up for a beautiful dinner amidst natural elements that are sure to perk up your mood and lift your spirits. The kitchen is open, so everyone can enjoy together and a breakfast table is placed in front for a fun time. A media or kids’ snug room with sofas and toys is great to keep the kids occupied.
A large terrace with comfortable loungers, provides ample tanning spots. Discreetly positioned further down the garden, is a stunning and spacious Yoga pavilion with wonderful views out to sea. The beautifully landscaped garden ensures this is a gentle and quiet area perfect for yoga and meditation, whilst hammocks swing between the palm trees, down by the beach.
